We offer quality care while educating your most prized gift.
This is a licensed childcare facility. I, Pam H. Ashe am the owner/operator. This center is located in Jackson County. I have over 30 years in operating a childcare center and 36 years childcare experience.
Making the Right Decision
One of the most important decisions you will ever make as a parent is choosing quality child care for your child. Every child is special and unique and deserves the best start possible. Studies reveal that a high quality child care program will help children become more ready for school which increases their chances to succeed. Research also indicates that employers benefit when their employees' children are in quality child care arrangements. Parents are more productive and focused on work knowing their children are being nurtured and interacted with in ways that promotes all areas of their development. This confidence in care creates a win-win situation for everyone: parents, children and employers.
Our Philosophy
It is the philosophy of Pam's Child Development Center and its staff that
children, their families, and society benefit from high-quality early
childhood programs. We believe that there is a critical link between a
child's early experiences and later success in life. We believe that you
cannot separate child care and education; children learn best through their
play, interactions, and experiences.
The learning environment at the CDC is structured in such a way as to give
the child an opportunity to independently explore, select, create, and
problem solve. Classrooms and outdoor space are organized around interest
areas that include art, math, science, language arts, blocks, dramatic play,
cooking and nutrition. CDC staff plan and facilitate these experiences
for the total development of your child. We celebrate cultural diversity
and incorporate multicultural perspectives throughout our chosen, research
based, developmentally appropriate curriculum; The Creative Curriculum.
